COORDINATED INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
This program includes: 1) cross cultural training and country briefings with specific information on the overseas site. Our information packages include practical briefing on the country of assignment, previews of daily life, consumer matters, housing, schools and opportunities for other family members. We cover family adaptation and provide comprehensive information packets with maps, transportation options and cost of living guides. We also coordinate with arrival assistance in the destination country involving housing, schools, local resources and registrations and legal documents.
PRE-DEPARTURE WORKSHOPS
Employees and families given training prior to departure from their home country to their new assignment are better equipped to step into their new assignments with confidence and will cope constructively with the effects of change. By offering individualized workshops, your employee is offered a chance to look at his own and his new cultures and to combine these into his life and work environment.
DEPARTURE ARRANGEMENTS
At completion of US assignment, we make arrangements for the removal of rental furniture and household goods, transfer of utilities and final billing procedures, banking or personal assistance and the forwarding of mail. We can coordinate arrangements for the transfer of appliances, televisions, etc. for an additional hourly fee. |
